Lady Shironda Jones is a woman of faith, purpose, and compassion whose heart for people is reflected in her desire to see others live free, healthy, and whole through the transformative love of Jesus Christ. She is passionate about empowering others to embrace healing, cultivate wholeness, and boldly become who God created and purposed them to be—spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, and intellectually.

 

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Lady Shironda has served in ministry for more than 20 years in leadership, intercession, and church administration, including serving as Executive Assistant to Dr. R.A. Vernon, Founder and Senior Pastor of The Word Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Her experience and passion for equipping ministry leaders and administrative professionals led her to co-author Who’s Running Your Church? A Handy Dandy Guide for Church Leaders, Administrators and Assistants.

 

Lady Shironda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master of Business Administration. She is joyfully married to Pastor Ardel Jones, Senior Pastor of All People International Church and together they are the proud parents of Jalen, Aja, and Asya.
