Lady Shironda L. Jones

Genuine and loving with a heart for the people wholly defines the nature of Lady Shironda Jones. Her passion is to see God’s people live life free, healthy, and whole. She invokes her purpose to lighting the path for those on their journey to becoming their best selves through the love and acceptance of Jesus Christ with a full understanding that His love offers total freedom.

Her faith is unwavering that with Godly freedom one can command the evolution of self-love and self-care to obtain complete maturity in every
aspect of life: spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, and intellectually. She aims to enable God’s people to confront the pain and darkness of the past to embrace the promise of a brighter future to become the best of who God designed and purposed us to be.

​A native of Cleveland, OH, Lady Shironda is blissfully married to Pastor Ardel Jones, Executive Pastor of All People International Church. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She and her husband are proud parents of Jalen, Aja and Asya.

​

​She has served in ministry over 20 years as Ministry Leader, Altar Worker/Intercessor, Administrative Assistant and most recently, Executive Assistant to Dr. R.A. Vernon, Founder and Senior Pastor of The Word Church (Cleveland, OH). Given her enthusiasm, experience and expertise in the area of church administration, Lady Shironda has facilitated training and mentorship for church administrative professionals which ultimately inspired her to co-author a book titled, “Who’s Running Your Church?” A Handy Dandy Guide for Church Leaders, Administrators and Assistants with her mentor and novelist, Jennifer Wainwright.

​Her vision for the ministry consists of creating an inter-generational, life changing culture that instills Christian practices and principles that build the Kingdom and develop men and women that live a life completely sold out and pleasing to God.

​

Rooted in Proverbs 31, she senses the worth of her work and embodies the attributes of a modern-day proverbial woman. With character and integrity as her guide, she aspires to make a significant impact and difference in the lives of others by preaching, teaching, and exhibiting righteousness as a daily principle.
